There's no way I would want to work for such a company. You're as replaceable as a roll of toilet paper. And if you present them with a doctor's note, they will tear it up in front of you and throw it in the trash.īasically, you have absolutely no job security there. No joke, you could have a massive heart attack and be in the hospital for a week, and Walmart can fire you for it because you didn't show up to work. To them, every absence is unexcused, no matter the reason.
They treat their employees so poorly there, especially when it comes to their attendance policy, which leaves absolutely no room for excused absences. As a matter of principle, I don't shop at Walmart. It's probably a good thing it sold out already.
